Gluten affects 1-in-10 people

It is hard to comprehend that The Gluten Syndrome affects about one in ten people (that is 10% of the population). However, most people who are affected are unaware that their life is being messed up by gluten. These gluten symptoms are most likely to be caused by damage to the nerves and brain. So, the earlier the problem is identified, the better the response to a gluten-free diet will be.

Gluten sensitivity is such a large health issue because about a third of people with poor health are being affected by gluten.
