Surprisingly, loads of foods contain gluten! EVEN SOY SAUCE DOES!! Gluten is a protein that is found in some grains (wheat, rye and barley grain). This gluten protein is made up of a number of components, one of which is called gliadin. When you get sick from gluten, you are usually reacting to this gliadin bit.

all foods that have wheat, rye and barley grains as an ingredient.
all foods that are derived from these grains.
all foods that are processed using these grains as additives.
